NTOR gave back at this charity event by selling lemonade, bracelets, t-shirts and raffle tickets for two great baskets. There were about 300 people in the square that night, between the children and adults who sat or stood listening to music plus the people who walked by to see what was happening. NTOR was excited to perform at this concert and helped to raise $1,030 for a very good cause. Many thanks to Tim Bando, Executive Chef of the Meeting House and Exile Restaurants and to Nick Kraus at Stephen Talkhouse for making this happen. What a brilliant way to end “Summer 2010”!
Joseph replied that he was waiting for his friends who were taking lessons at Crossroads. After a few minutes, Joseph walked over to Sir Paul who was with his girlfriend, (Nancy who was so kind) and Joseph told Sir Paul that he was a huge fan of his and that he is a singer in a band that covers a lot of Beatles music. Sir Paul asked, "What is your favorite song?" Joseph said, "A Little Help From my Friends". Sir Paul told Joseph that he remembered writing that song and hummed it.......(HOW COOL IS THIS??) Then Joseph worked up his nerve and handed Sir Paul the band's promo card from the free concert that they did in June 2010 at the Port Washington Library and told Sir Paul that the concert had already taken place but the band's website was on it and that he should check it out!" Joseph saw Paul McCartney another time after NTOR was invited to perform on Labor Day Sunday in the Amagansett Square at a free concert promoted by the Stephen Talkhouse to benefit Autism Speaks. Unfortunately, Sir Paul was not able to attend but wished Joe and the band good luck at the benefit concert!

Hello Everyone

Thanks for checking out our website. Please feel free to leave your comments. Hope to see you at our next show!
